Rick Cones 

Rick has been building homes since 1993.   Rick started working in Warranty service  in his early years which helped reinforce his attention to detail and quality during the home building process.   Working his way up through the ranks  he eventually managed all of the Sales and Construction of a National Homebuilder in the Austin Area.   This experience gave Rick the desire to pursue his own dreams of working for himself so he started his own company in 1999.   Having completed more than 400 projects in  Production, Custom and Multi-Family Building projects Rick possesses extensive experience he can put to work for the most detail orientated client.  Rick is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.  Rick is a member of the Texas Association of Builders and the Greater Austin Homebuilders Association. Rick is married to Rebecca and  has 5 children.
